Best Practice Services offers custom designed workshops to meet clients' needs. We focus on motivation and teambuilding and provide Train-the-Trainer sessions for in-house implementation of services.
Training Program Design and Development
This program will review the basic elements of designing training programs. Participants will have an opportunity to assist each other in designing applicable training programs. Participants will have a firm understanding of foundational formative and summative evaluations and their use within program design and development.
Training Program Evaluation
What are the processes in which you evaluate programs currently? Do they capture the necessary feedback to ensure continued program delivery success? This program will provide you with an opportunity to enhance current evaluation processes and/or introduce new evaluation methods into your organization.
Themes and Trends for Cultural Change in a Diverse Environment
This program will review future trends and themes that are necessary to successfully implement cultural change within a diverse environment. Participants will identify skills needed to achieve goals such as relationship building; communication skills; researching situations and cultures; asking appropriate questions; using factual information not stereotypes; handling objections by reaching consensus.
Employee Career Development: People as Technology workshop. Participants are introduced to the concept of People as Technology and are allowed to actively determine ways to free up time in their day by:
- Increasing staff self-sufficiency
- Keeping a professional, self-motivated staff challenged
- Determining the best fit for employees without under utilizing their time and skills
- Maximizing staff productivity and reducing stress without resentfulness.
The Employee Career Development: People as Technology workshop is a 1/2 day or full day workshop and is tailored to the clients' needs.
Team Building: We offer custom designed team building for professional and supervisory staff personnel. Our team building incorporates SMART goals into the organizational strategy. The team building programs last from 1/2 day to a full day as the client desires.
Workplace Success Series:
The Workplace Success Series is designed to help participants (students and/or employees) to actively develop a personal career development strategy that meets their needs and the goals of the organization.
Upon completion of this workshop, participants have a plan of action that meets their needs and the needs of their organization. Participant have better focus because they know the strengths and weaknesses of their skills and abilities. They often discover new knowledge that can be transitioned for use in many different ways.
The Workplace Success Series is a three part, two-day workshop that can be broken into 1/2 day or full day sessions.
